As we enter the year 2023, I am sure you wear wake up to the fact that the world situation has changed drastically under the surface. Therefore, we would like to urgently propose a new universal shot plan. We have sensed a change in the military regime based on various information concerning the conflict in Ukraine. It's was linked to what I myself have long foreseen and feared.
President Okawa of Happy Science mentioned the possibility of Ukraine finally disappearing. Last December, former German Chancellor Merkel and former French President Hollande spoke the truth about the Minsk agreements. The fact that Maykel made the much-criticized statement suggests that it is true. This seems to have further deepened the rift between Ukraine and Russia. According to military experts, Russia has been holding a series of direct talks with neighboring countries and China over the new year. This situation suggests that if sanctions against Russia are strengthened and aid to Ukraine is solidified, Ukraine will disappear and all-out war will surely ensue. I have chosen not to accelerate the conflict between the two sides since last year and have stopped speaking out on Instagram. However, it has become more serious than I thought. I thought that the only thing to do now is to publicly present the statements of Mrs. Merkel and Mr. Hollande and appeal to the people of each country and of the world for this truth and crisis. However, it would not be a desirable development for you to spread this statement around the world now. I, myself, do not wish to see any negative development for you.
Therefore, I have sent this message once again. I still believe that the proposal for this project is the only way to move the United States forward without harming it. Please explain to President Zelensky the signs of this crisis and encourage him to negotiate a ceasefire with Russia. So please allow us to propose this project to President Zelensky .
It could also be a kick-off for Ukraine to build the cathedral and become its builder and develop the other five licensed projects. We are also preparing a proposal to sponsor the construction of the cathedral, which will be the basis for a new AI new technology. This is a new theory and root ideation of AI that will elevate IT from the 2000s to the second level. It is an inspiration I received from Mr. Steve Jobs through meditation and dreams. When I disclosed this to the public last year, I encountered people trying to get the content out of me and attempts on my life. I took it as, "This inspiration is getting recognized." We are offering licenses to commercialize this "Ultimate AI" to any country, company or organization that is willing to sponsor us. Decisions will be made on a first-come, first-served basis, but we would like to have the opportunity to speak with engineers and other interested parties for consideration. We will embody a universal essence that will continue to shine for thousands of years, no matter how much we innovate and change our form.
